Well guys I think there's a lot of truth in what's been said....but it seems that the entire thread has answered ur question...All the nice guys have answered and so have the nice girls....I started believing that I was too nice and that's why women used me...yes I said it and I'm not trying to blow my own horn. I consider myself to be a nice guy and I don't wanna change that because of a few failed attempts. So ladies my name is shaylin and my bbm pin is 745700A8 and my no is 0837975803. Let's chat and who knows what will happen

Baby we are out there. But we have been broken down by the wrong women so badly that we are scared to take chances again

Jdjayman I think that applies very true to woman too. Sadly it is often the case with most of us that have been through a divorce. I have remained single for 20 years because of being terrified to have the same hurt but have got on with my life. I guess there is some hope but how many frogs do we have to meet to find a true friend/partner who will be true to themselves and to us.

Yes we are out there but as I say it is to find someone who we can trust enough with our hearts and souls.

Good luck to all who are searching and hopefully some will find that elusive person who we all seek.

Yeah that is true..alot of the time new relationships break down due to past hurts and bed past experiences..but the only way to move forward is by learning from the experiences and as difficult as it may be not transferring the issues u had with ur ex onto the new person u meet. I have been cheated on a few times and let me say that im yet to experience anything more painful. But i think we tend to spend alot of time dwelling on past failures that we dont make room for future succeses. I also would just like to add...to the moderators of this site and forum..thanks for this platform where people like myself and many others can interact with people in a similar situation. I never would have imagined that i would find a forum like this one...so thanks ThumbsUp

I agree with you 100% there LP it is nice to have this forum, don't always get to read it but great to have. LP I think taking past hurts into a future relationship comes a lot from people rushing into another relationship too soon after the last one. Time heals and I think time is of the essence if one has been hurt deeply on any level.

We all have to take responsibility for our actions and to go into another relationship too quickly after a bad one that then places the new comer in a heck of a compromising position as the hurt person tends to see things that quite possibly are'nt there. This is where I say our responsibility comes in. We have to give ourselves time to heal and to get on with life alone until we are ready to take on someone else's hurts and ours. If we have healed sufficently then we can deal with it on it's own merits and not cause harm to a potentially good relationship.

Gosh I hope I make sense.
