Finally! Someone has expressed what we've all been thinking!

I suppose people have better things to do than answer witty posts and reply to questions. Well done on the seahorse post Mr. Big... I actually enjoyed reading it.

Thank you for the reply. That's a start!

I joined this website for a few reasons.

a) It's the ONLY totally free meeting and dating website I know of.
b) To meet people and communicate online, before meeting them in person.
c) I would like to make some new friends. The old friends are good, but after knowing each other for +30 years, they are not quite as interesting.
d) Frankly, I'm tired of going to pubs and meeting with a bunch of losers and piss cats and kittens.
e) I'm intelligent, would like some mental stimulation, and I'm not looking for a one-night stand.
f) Social networks are the way to meet new friends. Once I have developed a rapport with some-one, I would say:"Hey! Let's meet for a cup of coffee and have a chat!"

Time to break the ice and open up a bit! It's not like we are all cyber-stalkers. Common sense must prevail at all times.

Glad you enjoyed the post about the seahorses. The male is the one that's impregnated and the female swims away. Nature is truly fascinating.

i actually knew that about seahorses... The males are the one's that give birth and raise the younglings... Ladies, take note.

I agree with you on many different levels... And on all of your points. I really feel the same. I'm actually glad to see that this site actually works and that it's not just my negative energy convincing me that people are ignoring me.

I wanted to start a let's meet section... As in you say: i'm going to be in (city) for x amount of days... And then put where youre going to be... And then whoever wants to meet you there can meet up with you for coffee or dinner.
