I found someone here nd we met and decided to date, the problem now is he has an ex girlfriend and they have a child. l found that the lady still visit this man some weekends and say its the child who misses his dad of which its normal. but he also pays rent for this lady cos she doesn't work wen l asked why he told me the lady threatens her to pay bcos they have a baby together. and this lady has not only one child but two other big children from different fathers, the problem is l really like this man, should I continue seeing this man ????

thanks sitcomboy, I think if l get an answer on those questions l will be fine, the child is 6yrs she cn be with the father without her mum, tomorrow is our fourth date l guess l will get answers.

and? did you get the answers you required? I honestly see no reason why she should stay over on weekends. If he is unable to look after the child on his own, let her take the child to him during the day and then later go home... also; why doesn't he find her a JOB instead of paying her rent? How exactly does she threaten him? If he was never married to her then she cannot claim former spousal maintainance; the only valid claim is that of he child. why doesn't he go to Family Court?
